Yes, you can call us at 855-378-1004 Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm EST to inquire about any order made directly through us.


Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel an order within seven days and only if it has not yet been shipped. To do so, please call us at 855-378-1004 anytime Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm EST or email support@invinitywinerack.com.


What is your return policy?

We accept returns if you are not satisfied with your order if received within 30 days of purchase. You will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee, unless the product(s) you received were damaged or defective, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Shipping and handling is only refunded if the merchandise is defective or the wrong item is sent. We do not accept returns on any custom items.


Can I track my order online?

Once you place an order with InVinity, you will be given a FedEx tracking number that you can use to track your shipment online.

What shipping options are available?

InVinity uses FedEx to deliver all its products and rates differ depending on the service you select. You can opt for Standard Delivery (5-7 business days), Express Delivery (2 day delivery) or Overnight Delivery (next day delivery). Shipping and handling fees will be calculated once you complete your order.
